Every submission is scored against the same published rubric, out of 100. You see the score and the reasoning each week, so you know what to change before the next sprint — not at the end.
Technical proficiency
Whether the work is correct, and whether the approach holds up under the constraints it was built for.
Delivery against the brief
How much of the week's stated objective actually shipped, judged against that week's plan rather than a generic checklist.
Communication
Whether someone who wasn't there could follow what you built, what you decided, and why.
Ownership
Initiative, follow-through, and how you handle the parts of the work nobody assigned you.
Learning
Evidence you went past the literal ask — and that last week's feedback shows up in this week's work.

Reviewing every submission from every intern, every week, is not something a human team can do for free. That part is automated so the human attention goes where it counts.
What the AI evaluator does
- Evaluates every weekly submission against that week's specific plan, not a generic checklist
- Scores five defined dimensions and writes feedback naming what to change next
- Re-evaluates from scratch when you revise and resubmit
- Runs under a hard daily spend cap, so evaluation stays free to use
It evaluates submitted work. It is not a chat assistant, and it does not hold ongoing conversations or review code on request.

Finish the program and a credential is issued with its own permanent ID, printed on your certificate alongside a QR code. Anyone can confirm it — no account, no request to us. It shows the program, its length and the completion date, and never your contact details or your individual scores.

Over 12 weeks you'll work in modern stacks (TypeScript + Next.js + Postgres), design APIs, manage authentication, handle file uploads, and deploy with proper CI/CD. This is the program if you want the breadth that lets you join a small team and contribute everywhere on day one. You'll learn enough of each layer to make sensible trade-offs across the stack.
